How It Works



  1. Each day starting today, read one saying of the wise.

  2. Read each saying three times per day. Once in the morning when you wake up, around lunch time, and late at night before you retire to sleep.

  3. Spend your day pondering, meditating, and reflecting on the day’s words or wisdom. On some days, the word may be a question, in many days the words will be statements. The key is in reflecting, not stressing.

  4. If need be, you can take a screenshot of the days wisdom to carry around on your mobile device for the day. If it helps, you can post it on your favorite social media to help you engage with others. However, lookout for unnecessary arguments. Whenever you see yourself needing or having to defend why you believe what you believe or why you are in recovery, promptly lose the argument and focus on something else.

  5. There are ninety sayings of the wise in this book. This means you turn one page per day. 90 wisdom meditations in 90 days.

  6. Read and ponder upon the simple words throughout this book for 90 days and you will grow wiser. You will discover that your recovery process will have become lighter on you and a rope of rescue to those around you.
