In addition to the eBook, there are many other great resources on SpencerCoffman.com.

Without further ado, in no particular order, here are the Top 10 Resources that you can use to simplify your life.

1. Headspace

Headspace is meditation made simple. Learn online, whenever you want, wherever you are, in only 10 minutes a day. This is a great resource to use. Another great advantage is that you can use Headspace on your computer and via the mobile app.

2. Zen Habits

The Zen Habits blog is all about minimalism, mindfulness, and living a more simple life. There are many readers and there is some pretty useful content. However, it is pretty jumbled up and not very well organized.

3. Becoming Minimalist

This is a great authoritative blog founded by Joshua Becker that teaches people how they can start living a minimalist lifestyle. Seriously take a look at these posts. They may be able to help you simplify your life, if you let them.

4. Evernote

EverNote is a very cool thing to use. It is like a notepad screenshot of all things. In addition, you can type in any additional notes you may want. You can have snapshots of webpages, documents, copied text, and more. Best of all, it syncs with all devices!

5. The Four Hour Work Week Blog

Tim Ferriss, the famous author of The Four Hour Work Week, has created an excellent blog about how you can work less. He is famous for being a “life hacker” and blogs about productivity, marketing, and business. This is definitely worth checking out.

6. Organized Home

The Organized Home is a blog that is all about organizing your home. There are so many wonderful ideas on how you can get your home looking like the pictures in a magazine.

You’ll find great tips on cleaning, organizing, and how to cut the clutter.

Go ahead and check it out!

7. Real Simple

Real Simple is a blog that has many ideas on do it yourself projects, organizing your home, and how to make your life a little easier. The premise is to keep your life simple. However before that can happen, you will have to put in a little effort. Remember, nothing good comes easy!

8. Rescue Time

Rescue Time is an app that runs on the background of your computer to track where your time is spent.

This can be helpful if you spend a lot of time on the computer but never seem to get anything done.

You can use Rescue Time to help reduce distractions and keep you focused and on task.

9. How To Save An hour Every Day (Book)

A great book that will show you how to:

  • Overcome procrastination and make better, faster, decisions

  • Unearth hidden time for you – time to do the important things

  • Discover powerful new ways to organize your time and your life

  • Find out how to deal with the deadly 'time sappers'

  • Streamline and simplify everything you do both at work and at home

10. The Kaizen Technique

This is a great guide to kaizen, which is something that is worth researching. Take the time to learn a little bit about what it is and how it works. Basically, it is the process of introducing small changes over time. Those changes will eventually amount to big benefits toward your health and well being.
